What your child is doing on Tumblebus.....
Each week the children are guided through  a fitness circuit by using not only their bodies, but their imaginations as well!

We may be animals in the zoo or Dinosaurs walking the earth.  We may be travelling through space or helping Peter Pan find Captain Hook.

Whatever the plan, we use every major muscle in our bodies throughout the circuit.  Through music and creative play, the children increase their oxygen capacity, improve balance and coordination, as well as strengthening their muscles by using their own bodies resistance.

We talk about the muscles we are working and how those muscles help us every day. 

The focus of Tumblebus is to give children a foundation of fitness they will use for the rest of their lives.!
